Ocean Rights Events at the UN in New York

As part of the collateral events to the United Nations General Assembly in New York, The Ocean Race Summit was held on 18 September 2023, in the same hall where SDG14 was adopted. The Summit was attended by numerous political authorities from various countries, the World Bank and the IUCN, as well as many scientists and representatives of the Municipality of Genoa.
On September 23, 2023, the Innovation Workshop for Ocean Rights was held, this time hosted in the halls of the Permanent Representation of Monaco to the UN. In both events, the Fondazione Acquario di Genova Onlus actively participated in both the organization and the meetings.
